Introduction

Trackly ("we," "our," or "us") is developed and operated by Volvox Mobile. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Trackly iOS application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Data Stored on Your Device

Trackly stores all of your personal data — including habits, focus sessions, user profiles, streaks, achievements, and preferences — locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not transmitted to our servers. There is no cloud sync or remote backup of your habit data.

Data is shared between the main app and Home Screen widgets via Apple App Groups. This sharing occurs entirely on your device and does not involve any external servers.

Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates the following third-party services to improve functionality and user experience:

• RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscriptions. Payment information is processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not have access to your payment details.
• Firebase Analytics — Collects anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage, screen views) to help us understand how the App is used and improve the experience.
• OneSignal — Powers optional push notifications. You can opt in or out of notifications at any time through your device settings.
• AppsFlyer — Provides anonymous attribution data to help us understand where our users discover the App.
• Sentry — Captures anonymous crash reports and performance diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs quickly.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics through Firebase and Amplitude to understand how users interact with the App. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the App experience. You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.

Subscriptions

Trackly Pro subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store using the RevenueCat SDK. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or Apple ID credentials.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional and managed via OneSignal. Notifications may include habit reminders and motivational messages. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your iOS Settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Anonymous analytics data may be processed by the third-party services listed above in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Trackly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since habit data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
